Shipping policy
At Foothill Mercantile our goal is to offer you the best shipping options and ensure that we provide high quality customer service.
All orders are processed and mailed off within 1-2 business days, including Saturdays. During sales and the holiday season, please be advised that extra processing time may be required.
Shipping time will vary according to shipping method and location, but usually takes 2 - 7 business days. Business days are defined as Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We do not offer international or overnight shipping services.
Please ensure that you, the purchaser, have given us the correct shipping and billing addresses. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that we are given the correct information. We can only use the information that was given to us. If a mistake with the address is discovered we must be notified ASAP. If the item has not yet shipped, it can be easily fixed. Packages en route might be able to be re-routed at an extra cost that the purchaser will be responsible for- these costs vary according to carrier. If the purchaser has given us the incorrect address, and the package was successfully delivered to that address, we are not financially responsible. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs involved to find, reroute, or re-ship the package, including the time and efforts of the staff.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We use USPS when shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure they can be delivered to these addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After we have packaged and processed your order you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email, and if you have opted for text notification, you will also receive a text.
Damages
Foothill Mercantile is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do not ship internationally. If you live outside the United States and wish to purchase something from us consider using a Freight Forwarding company.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Foothill Mercantile is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns Policy
To return your product, please contact us first at foothillmercantileorders@gmail.com or (530) 273-8304. Once you have been approved for a return, mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
