Is the store open? How are you responding to Covid-19? 

We are allowing up to 10 people in the store at one time, please follow social distancing guidelines, and we have the floor marked to indicate distances.  We ask that you wear a mask inside the store, we provide masks at the door if you do not have one, and our employees wear masks.
We have hand sanitizer available for your use, and disposable gloves if you wish. We have installed extra sneeze guards at the registers, and even wash the money.

How does curbside pickup work?

It’s easy! Here is the process step-by-step:
1. When you are in checkout, the form will require an address in the “Ship To” field. In the “Delivery” field, use the drop down menu to select “Curbside Pickup” or “Local Pickup”.
2. You will get an email notification that your order has been placed.  On the Order Confirmation page you have the option of getting a text notification
3. When we fill the order, you will get an email notification that your order is ready to pick up, and if you chose text message notification, you will also receive a text message.
4. When you arrive for pickup, you may either give us a call at (530) 273-8304 and we will bring it out to your vehicle, or, you may come into the store and we will hand your order off to you.


When will my order be ready for curbside pickup?

We fill orders as quickly as we can! During business hours, orders usually are ready within an hour. After business hours, orders will be ready the next morning, usually ready within the hour. 


How will I be notified that my curbside pickup order is ready?

You will receive an email notification, and you also have the option for text notification.


How can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us ASAP! During business hours, call us at (530) 273-8304. After business hours, please send us an email.


I want to do curbside pickup, but I accidentally chose a shipping option, how can I change this?

I don’t see something I want on the website, but I think you have it in the store and want to use curbside pickup- what do I do? 
You can absolutely use curbside if we don’t have it on our website! Give us a call at (530) 273-8304, or send a message via Facebook, and we will help you find what you need. You may pay for items over the phone or upon pickup. When you arrive to pick up your order, and you do not wish to come into the store, give us a call and we will bring your order out to your vehicle.


Can I purchase a gift certificate online?

Yes you can. Please be aware that currently, gift certificates are only able to be used in our physical location. If you would like to send someone a gift certificate, we will mail it out to them. To let us know the name of the recipient(s), please use the notes field in the cart


Can I get my item(s) gift wrapped?

Absolutely! The most important thing for you to know is that in the cart there is a notes field you can use to tell us what your wrapping needs are. You also have the option of selecting a specific paper(s) by going to our Free Gift Wrapping page and adding it to your cart. Note that bows & ribbons are not exclusive to a certain paper, and can be mixed & matched.


Here are a few examples to illustrate how you can tell us what you need: 

  - You have one item in your cart that is for your daughter’s birthday, and you don’t mind if we choose the  paper. Just use the notes field to tell us the occasion and we will choose the paper, ribbon, and bow.

  - You have one item in your cart that is for your daughter’s birthday, but you want a specific paper. Visit the Free Gift Wrapping page and add the choice of paper to your cart. You may add notes if you wish to specify the color of the ribbon and bow.

- You have two items in your cart, one for your daughter’s birthday, one for your nephew’s graduation, and you want both of them wrapped. If you don’t mind us choosing the papers, just use the notes field to tell us which items are for which occasion, and we will wrap accordingly. If you want to choose the papers, visit the Free Gift Wrapping page, add your paper choices to your cart, and use the space to tell us which paper is for which item.


What is your refund policy?

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days. To be eligible, items and its packaging must be in re-sellable condition, and accompanied by a receipt. How long have you been in business? What is the history of the building?
  We have been in business since 1976, and the building was built in 1942. We have a History Timeline that has more information and a nice collection of historical photographs!
